| In my condition of Naval
Expert in Diving and Salvage Operations, and through a long working experience, I have
performed and managed many Operations of Marine Salvage in the Paraguay, Parana and Rio de
la Plata rivers. I have also carried out Marine Tows, Assistance to Drilling Platforms,
lining and installation of Oil pipelines and Oil Mono-buoys along the whole Argentine sea
coast. In the last years several marine disasters took place in the Rio de la Plata and Uruguayan coast, followed by petroleum and other chemical spills. I was involved in most of the salvage operations implemented in those areas. My experience in those events and in the field of Marine Salvage Operations is presented in this site.
